All entries submitted via AMOE will be treated equally to entries made through other permitted methods and will be subject to the same deadlines, eligibility verification, and drawing procedures.

Exclusions & Void Jurisdictions

Participation in any Send It Giveaways promotion is void where prohibited by law.

In particular, and unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable Official Rules:

• Residents of the states of Florida and New York are excluded from participation in most Send It Giveaways promotions. This exclusion is due to state-specific sweepstakes registration, bonding, and compliance requirements.
• Entries from individuals located outside the United States, or in jurisdictions that prohibit games of chance or unregistered sweepstakes, will be deemed invalid and are ineligible to win.

The Company reserves the right to further limit eligibility based on geographic, legal, or logistical considerations.

All participants, regardless of entry method, are bound by the Official Rules applicable to each individual promotion. By submitting an entry—whether via AMOE, in-app activity, or any other method—the participant acknowledges and agrees to:

• Limitations may apply to the number of entries allowed per person, per day, or per household.
• Use of automated, robotic, or fraudulent entry mechanisms is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
