Disclosure requirement

Send It Academy offers an optional affiliate program. Affiliates may receive compensation when someone enrolls or remains subscribed through their referral.

What affiliates must disclose

Affiliates must disclose that they may receive compensation for referrals. This disclosure must be easy to notice and placed near the link or call to action.

What does clear and conspicuous mean +
Clear and conspicuous means the disclosure is easy to see and understand. It should be close to the referral link or join button, written in plain language, and not hidden in fine print.
Do we need this disclosure +
Yes. Because affiliates can earn commissions, they must disclose that relationship when promoting Send It Academy.
Compensation plan

Send It Academy Commission Plan summary

Send It Academy provides education and training. Send It Academy does not pay members for writing letters. The affiliate program is optional.

Membership pricing

Enrollment fee$99
Monthly subscription$25 beginning month 2

1) Direct Fast Start Bonus

When a new member enrolls for $99, commissions are paid three levels deep:

Level 1 (Direct Sponsor)$35
Level 2$10
Level 3$5

2) Monthly Direct Commission

Earn $5 per month for every active personally enrolled member starting month 2.

3) Matrix Pay

Earn $0.50 per active member in your matrix, paid up to 10 levels deep in a 3x10 forced matrix structure.

4) Matrix Match

Earn a 50 percent match on the matrix pay earned by your direct referrals, as long as you are an active qualified member.

Example If one of your direct referrals earns $100 in matrix pay, you would earn $50 in matrix match if you are active and qualified.

Qualifications

  • $20 affiliate fee
  • Maintain at least two active personally enrolled members to qualify for matrix commissions

Commission schedule

Commissions are paid every Friday and cover activity from the previous Monday through Sunday.

Income disclosure

Earnings and results vary

Earnings are not guaranteed. Affiliate earnings depend on individual effort, marketing skills, team activity, and subscription retention. Many participants earn little or no commissions.

Affiliates may not make income guarantees or claim that earnings are typical. Any income examples must be truthful and not misleading.

Affiliate marketing and anti spam policy

These guidelines apply to all affiliates and are required for participation in the affiliate program.

Required

  • Disclose that you may receive a commission for referrals
  • Be honest and accurate in all marketing
  • Use compliant language and avoid misleading statements
  • Respect local laws and platform rules

Not allowed

  • Income guarantees or promises
  • Misleading typical results claims
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment
  • False scarcity, impersonation, or fake reviews
